Cheyenne and Jason by Misty Malone

Cheyenne is extremely good at what she does but is seriously lacking the very basic social skills. Her bad attitude and lack of professionalism has her coworkers upset and customers leaving. When she chases off yet another big client, her boss gives her an ultimatum: either complete this last chance program, or find another job. Shocked that he's putting his foot down, she is wise enough to understand that this time, he is serious. With her back against a wall, and not exactly sure what she is agreeing to, she signs on the dotted line.

Jason knows exactly what the young woman needs, and has several clients to prove the success of his rather unconventional program. Cheyenne learns that the program requires total immersion, and Jason is soon spending fifteen hours a day giving her his undivided attention. His patience is infinite, and he has no problem repeating the lesson when she is reluctant to fully commit herself to improving. Her first lesson learned is that any infraction is quickly dealt with by a trip over his knees.

The program is a real eye-opener for her, as she learns a lot about herself and about the man who promises that she will graduate his program. Jason fully expected her hesitation and her gradual acceptance, but what he wasn't ready for was what he would learn from her, as well.
