  • Yes, this membership is available to people outside of the US. Each Friday a new book will be added to the membership area where you will be able to login and download it on your own.

  • You will receive an email with the new book each week. You will also see them on the Featured Book or Bonus Books Page.

    Just add the book to your store cart and proceed to checkout. Then apply your exclusive discount code. This will make the book(s) free. Complete the order and you will see the file download links. You will also receive and email with the link to download your books.

  • First, download the book from the member’s area book page. After it has been downloaded, unzip the file.

  • Automatic discounts do not appear until you are on the checkout page but rest assured, they will be taken off there.

  • Membership discounts are specific to “Monthly” or “Yearly” plans. The most frequent problem customers experience with a discount code is related to the wrong term option being selected or their discount. Be sure you are selecting the correct subscription option, ie: monthly or yearly.


    Our Charter Membership Promotion will NOT work on a monthly subscription.

  • We are happy to help with this, however, you will have to fill out the customer support form. We will process your refund and “unsubscribe” you. Then you will be able to go through the subscription process again, selecting the yearly option.

  • Zip files may refuse to open if they are not properly downloaded. Also, incomplete downloads occur when files get stuck due to issues like bad internet connection, inconsistency in network connection, all of which can cause transfer errors, affect your Zip files, and make them unable to open.

    Answer: A “zip” file is a compressed set of files that have been gathered into a single file for convenience. Some browsers are configured to download a zip file and expand the zip into a folder of files while other browsers leave the “zip” uncompressed. Given a zip file, uncompress the file, by clicking on it, through a file menu, or tool such as Winzip on Windows and unzip on a Mac. A zip can contain many types of files. Some files can be viewed simply by selecting them or double-clicking on them. Other files may be specific to an application that you must have installed before the file can be launched. For example, a file with the extension “doc” likely is intended for Microsoft Word and you will need that application installed before the file can be viewed.
